LET'S TALK ABOUT PRINCESS MONONOKE!!

Let me just say first off: this is a magnificent masterpiece. Whatever is happening inside Hayao Miyazaki's mind, it results as something magical. This movie is proof of that. I have had this movie now for about 18 years or so, and it never ceases to amaze me. The astonishing detail, mixed with a beautiful soundtrack, results in nothing less than astounding. To review though, let's discuss the plot.

It starts off with a man named Ashitaka trying to defeat a god. The reason being is that it is possessed by this strange, worm-like organism that is just plain evil. He unfortunately gets some of that on his arm, and soon finds out that it'll tear away his flesh and he will die, without anything he can do about it. A bit later on, it turns out that it also gives him supernatural strength that could decapitate people with just one arrow. Then, he comes upon the titular character of the movie before returning a man whose men got killed, and he was the only one left. He finds her sucking the poison out of her adopted mother-a wolf-so that her mother won't die from what his ailing her. Throughout the journey of him trying to make peace between human and nature-since both are literally at war with each other-he encounters a greedy monk who leads a bounty hunting group, a woman who is the leader of a group of ex-prostitutes that makes weaponry from the iron they find nearby, and of course, Princess Mononoke herself, who wants to kill the woman leader since she is pretty much responsible for destroying a lot of the forest in order to find the iron. A fascinating tale with a surprising bitter-sweet ending.
In short, I give this movie 5/5 for exquisite detail, especially in the scenery and characters' expressions, and even in non-anime circles, this'd be an exquisite film for them to watch. All around excellence.

LIL' SPEAKER, BIG SOUND!!!

Today, I'll be discussing the Jam Classic Bluetooth Speaker. Some of you probably have seen in this speaker in stores like Wal-Mart and Best Buy in that shelving area before where you check out, and barely gave it a second glance. Don't underestimate this speaker though. It definitely packs a punch when it comes to sound. Sure, it's no DJ Phantom speaker (I've seen videos, and that thing is its own creature really), but for everyday use, it'll definitely fit your music needs. Plus, the price point is pretty low, so that's always a plus :). Get your Jam Classic today!

AWESOME VERB BOOK!!

In general, Barron's is a legitimate publishing company with a wide away of materials for foreign languages. The one thing they excel at definitely though is their verb books, which fully conjugates the main verbs you need to know so just in case you run into an unfamiliar verb in that language, you get the general concept as to how to conjugate that verb correctly. The one I'll be talking about today is their French one. As always, they do an excellent job of conjugating verbs in every tense of the French language, including the passé simple, a tense primarily found in French literature. I highly recommend this, or any other language they have the 501 verbs series in. Get your copy today!

VIZIO 5.1 SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM!!

Today I'll be talking about the VIZIO 5.1 Surround Sound System. Though it's about a year old actually, and we got it at a Wal-Mart last year, it actually still sounds pretty good. Features include Bluetooth connectivity, among many other choices to hook up your system, and wireless connectivity between the two parts of the system (the soundbar and the two satellite speakers, which hook up to the subwoofer, pictured is just the soundbar). A bit of a heads-up though: it kinda depends on the structure of your house as to if it's going to sound properly or not. It'll work best in an environment where it's not crazy cramped, and has good acoustics. In the house I currently live in with my parents, the living room space is pretty spacious, with a built in speaker system that we have yet to hook up to a sound receiver. Just wanted to mention that part. But aside from that, it does great on sound, even if you're just chilling with tunes you hooked up via Bluetooth from your phone (and oh yeah, it does calls too). Get yours today!

NORAH JONES' FIRST ALBUM!!

Today, I'd like to talk about a fine album that some of you may or may not have heard of: Norah Jones' Come Away with Me. As far as I know, this was her first album, and a fine start to her music career. Her nice, smooth, a bit raspy vocals do a lovely dance with the piano and other instruments on the album. I highly recommend this album to people who want a good listening experience, but don't want to deal with a large amount of synthesizers and 808 drums. I promise you won't be disappointed.

IPHONE SE!!

Today, I would like to talk about the iPhone SE. I realize that this can be an overlooked phone, especially with the several phones that have come out since its release, but it is actually a pretty good phone. The size is equivalent to an iPhone 5, but the power is equivalent to the iPhone 6. Thus, it's foe people who want an iPhone 6, but don't necessarily want to deal with large size of one.
(Me with my iPhone SE)

The specs include the ability to take 4K Video (though with a lot of YouTube videos, I noticed a max of 1440p when viewing), 12MP camera, 5x zoom, and a very light weight of 3.99 ounces with an A9 chip within it. So, for those who want a lightweight phone with great specs, this would definitely be the phone for you.

CAN'T EVEN!!!!!

Enjoy this kinda dumb vid I made! Yay!!

Get your MPOW HEADPHONES TODAY!!

Did a video on this already, but I really like the MPOW MPBH059AB headphones. They're a wonderful pair of headphones that can even fold up. Amazing! Also, though the sound quality isn't Sennheiser-like I must admit, they're still an awesome pair of headphones when it comes to sound, and they can answer phone calls with one tap on one side of the headphones. I highly recommend these headphones, and get your headphones at the link below. Another thing is that the price is not too shabby for what they can do.
